The Victoria Falls Hotel Pub

When the management of The Victoria Falls Hotel approached us to build a pub for them there were only two requirements – it must be more spectacular than any other Hotel pub in the region and it must be built in a very short space of time.

The Elephant Camp

Wild Horizons developed the superb tented ‘Elephant Camp’ overlooking the Falls and the gorges of the famous Zambezi River below the Falls. They wanted a ‘signature’ piece as the focus of their fabulous new development, and commissioned Savanna Wood to design and build the camp pub. A simple design built from the finest timber in the world – Zambezi Teak, which grows in the forests surrounding the Elephant Camp.
