Payment:
We request a deposit of 50% of the value of the order to confirm the order, with the balance being paid on completion. Payment is very simple and may be done via PayPal, a totally secure online system, or direct transfer. Please contact our sales representative for the most suitable arrangement for yourselves.

Refunds:
Savanna Wood offer a full money back guarantee on any product that is not made to agreed technical specification provided the product is returned to our nearest representative. Should you require we can supply detailed and close up pictures of your product being made so that you can alert us with any aspect of the commission with which you are not happy.

Guarantees:
All furniture except our camp and patio furniture carries a lifetime guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to damage due to miss - handling or damage by moving or careless use.
