Savanna Wood Furniture
Tanzania Wildlife Company (TWC) is a safari company registered in Tanzania. In 2006 an American investor invested in the company and decided to make this company one of the best that Tanzania has to offer. In doing so all equipment was replaced with new equipment of the highest standard.
While doing research on the best available equipment in the Industry the management of TWC was introduced to Savanna Woods, a company situated in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe that could make the furniture for the 6 camps used by TWC.
The investment in the quality furniture made by Savanna Wood certainly puts TWC in a leading position in the safari industry in Tanzania.  Dear Lesley, we received the package. The photo album was a very nice touch. We have showed it to numerous people so they can see where our table began. The table looks great! We have had so many compliments on it. I will be taking a lot of pictures this holiday season and will be sending you a number of photographs when I am done. Arnold Schwarzenegger honors his mentor and inspiration, Reg Park with a Lifetime Achievement award at The Arnold Classics 2007 - USA | In December 2006 I ordered an Ndlovu Dining table in harvested Zambezi Teak from Savanna Wood of Victoria Falls. Initially I visited the Savanna Wood web site on the recommendation of my daughter, Jeunesse Park and was very impressed by the look of their product. I am well aware of their genuine concern for the sustainable utilisation of the Matabeleland forests through their association with Jeunesse’s organisation, Food and Trees for Africa. She has also told me about their excellent work with the communities living near the forests. However, I was still not prepared for the magnificent table I received from Savanna Wood. The beautiful grain and colour of the timber, as well as the weight of the piece amazed me! The table is impeccably well constructed. I have a special word of thanks for the excellent service I received from the Savanna Wood team. They have answered my e-mails quickly and efficiently and kept me informed of the progress of my order with pictures and e-mails. Best of all, I received a completely unexpected booklet with pictures of my table being made and advice on how to care for it together with a Savanna Wood DVD. What a pleasure!
